AUSTIN, Texas – January 17, 2008 – The Austin Plastic Surgery Institute (APSI) announced today that it has struck a deal with MODUS to be the first, and currently the only, provider of MODUS revolutionary anti-aging skin care system in the Austin area. The MODUS Skin Care system was created by University of Palermo’s Dr. Matteo Tutino. Dr. Tutino saw the need to develop a more organic, botanical-based anti-aging regimen to replace chemical-laden hydroquinone products used in the United States. Tests and studies have shown that the MODUS skin care approach is not only safer for patients, but also produced superior results.
