Our Doctors

The doctors of the Austin Plastic Surgery Institute are all board certified plastic surgeons and leaders in their field. They specialize in cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery and restorative skin care. To learn more about each individual doctor, click on their name to go to their webpage. Donna Herlong

Donna is the Practice Administrator for APSI. In addition, she is a licensed aesthetician. Her interest in skin began while working for a dermatologist in South Carolina. Before relocating to Austin, Texas, she was with a large plastic surgeon practice in the Kansas City area. Her expertise is skincare and Jane Iredale mineral makeup. Along with her administrative duties at APSI, she does consultations for ASPI Skin Clinic.

Jillian Scheumack

Jillian Scheumack manages the APSI Skin Care Clinic. She attended St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Communication and a minor in Media Production. Jillian began her career in skin care with Austin Plastic Surgery Institute in August 2005. Since then, she has prided herself in becoming affluent in all of the skin care products and services APSI has to offer.

Erin Falcone, RN

Erin Falcone is one of APSI Skin Care Clinic's registered nurses. She specializes in all injectables, Botox,® laser treatments, chemical peels, and ThermageTM at the Skin Care Clinic. She graduated from San Diego State University with a bachelor's degree in Nursing. She has been actively involved in skin care since 2004. Before coming to APSI, Erin worked in Cardiology for 11 years. She is a perpetual researcher and educator and enjoys sharing her knowledge with everyone. If you have a question she'll find the answer! She enjoys sharing her knowledge with everyone, especially her younger patients. She focuses on preventative measures for the younger populations and restorative measures for those with sun damage.

Barbara McKeon, RN

Barbara McKeon is one of APSI Skin Care Clinic's registered nurses. She is also a licensed aesthetician. With more than 10 years experience in skin care treatments, Barbara joins APSI from Dr. Norman Leaf's office in Beverly Hills, California. She comes to us with the latest in anti-aging techniques. Barbara is also a board member of Iraq Star, Inc., a national foundation that provides surgery to disfigured Iraqi and Afghan war soldiers and veterans. She enjoys giving some of her knowledge and expertise back to the community.

Dawn Sasiela, RN

Dawn is one of APSI Skin Care Clinic's registered nurses. She graduated in 1994 with a BSN from Hartwick College and has practiced in a multitude of in-patient specialties during her nursing career. Dawn transitioned into medical aesthetics several years ago combining her love of skin care and nursing. She specializes in Botox, injectable fillers and multiple laser technologies. Dawn values educating her clients on the available treatment options and developing an individualized plan with each client.

Roberta Pryor, CTS

Roberta Pryor has been with the APSI Skin Care Clinic since July 2008. She has 11 years of experience, performs a wide range of cosmetic procedures, and specializes in areola restoration and scar camouflage. She is a member of the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals, and participates in ongoing education every year. Roberta loves working at APSI because of its professional atmosphere, great co-workers, and well-seasoned doctors.
