Medical Privileges

  • “58 Years Old, Left Breast Deflated After 16 Years – Austin, TX – Dr Wilder does not talk a lot, but he is kind, caring, and extremely skilled. He did answere all my questions. I will recommend him.Dr Wilder has a kind and caring staff who have been with him for many years. He recommended a therapist for lymphatic massage who was excellent. He also recommended a bra specialist at Dillard’s who had come to the office and understands what Fr Wilder requires for his patients- also excellent care. I would advise patients to take advantage of both of these recommendations.”

  • “I have gone to Dr. Wilder for elective plastic surgery since 1988. I’ll admit I’m a little vain! I went to him for breast augmentation & a tummy tuck.. 29 yrs later, I’m still thrilled with the results of those operations. I had liposuction of my thighs about 10 years ago, & have been very happy. Recently I asked him about a face lift and he suggested I wait a few years. I go to the skin care clinic in his office and Patty has been great to suggest less invasive things. Highly recommend this doc”

Because of the soft lighting, beige carpet, and classy furnishings, I felt like I was walking into a luxury store or salon, not a doctors’ office. The exam/procedure rooms were also comfortable and relaxing–clean and appealing without the cold sterility you usually have in an office. Austin PSI adjoins a hospital, too, which is probably really convenient for more serious surgeries. Last week, I had 2 weird marks on my leg corrected by Dr. Scott Haydon, and so far I am completely pleased with my experience. He explains things thoroughly and has a pleasant, caring, professional demeanor. His receptionist dealt with the referral from my primary doctor and made scheduling easy. The nurse was efficient and friendly as well. I never had to wait when I arrived for my appointments. Two of my friends have been very happy with their experiences with Dr. Wilder, another physician at Austin PSI, as well. This seems to be a well run business with a fabulous set up and excellent staff. If I need plastic surgery in the future, I’ll definitely go here again.

Great staff, superb doctor! Dr. Wilder is a warm, engaging doctor who listens to his patients, and answers all questions and concerns, thus easing your mind and reassuring you that you have, indeed, chosen someone who offers the very best patient care with excellent results.

At age 60 I decided to have a breast reduction and lift. Dr Wilder performed the procedure. To say I was amazed and delighted is an understatement! Never thought I could have ‘perky’ ones again! People keep telling me I look 10 years younger and it’s all because I no longer have the ‘matronly bosom’ deal going on anymore. Dr Wilders staff is SO pleasant and accommodating. Experience from beginning to end has exceeded my expectations. I’d give 6 stars if I could!
