The Out-of-Town Consultation
Here's how our consultation process works.
Contact Us
The first step is to request your consultation online to tell us more about your cosmetic goals and the procedures that interest you. Our team will help you arrange a consultation so you can meet with your Patient Care Coordinator and your doctor at a time that is convenient for you.
Provide Your Information
Prior to your consultation, we will provide a link via email so you can complete your new patient profile securely online via our Patient Portal. Our doctors like to review your health history prior to your consultation so they can advise you on procedures for which you may be a candidate. You new patient paperwork will be due 48 hours prior to your virtual consultation.
Submit Photos
You will be asked to upload photos to your patient portal prior to your virtual appointment. Please provide clear, recent, close-up photos that clearly show your area of concern prior to your virtual consultation. Our surgeons will review your images prior to your consultation, and this will help in determining which treatment options will help you achieve your desired goals.
Schedule Procedure
A surgical deposit will be required at the time you book your appointment. After your surgery is booked, you will receive your pre-operative paperwork, including surgical consents and instructions. This is due at your pre-op appointment which is generally about two weeks prior to your surgery.
Flying in for Surgery
If you are travelling by plane, please be sure to discuss how long your recovery period will need to be before you are able to fly again post-surgery. This will be specific to the procedure(s) you are having.
