Implant Exchange by Dr. Booth Gallery Patient 124951

Patient came in to see Dr. Booth after having implants done by a different surgeon over 10 years ago. Patient was still happy with her size, but desired more fullness in the upper pole (upper cleavage area), and to reduce the skin and breast tissue that has begun to sag or droop over the years. Dr. Booth performed an implant exchange with mastopexy to tighten the skin envelope around the new implant, and added Durasorb mesh for soft tissue support and longevity. Patient is very pleased with her outcome.
